## Aufgabe 3:

1. Diversity is important to EinschaltTech, as a lot of their trainee's are from different parts of the world, such as India, Brasil, and the UK. Additionally, they offer a wide range of diverse jobs.

2. During open days visitors are granted insight into the various teams and departments of the company. They get to learn about key values, philosophy, as well as the products and services. Finally, visitors are invited to witness the usage of the state-of-the-art equipment of the company, explore the facilities, and even try their hand at a realistic project using company tools and devices.
|
|
3. New employees are trained not only in technical knowledge, but also social skills. They partake in seminars, study under a mentor, and generally experience a healthy balance between theory and practice.
|
|

To apply for a job at EinschaltTech, you have to send in your application via email, or in rare cases, you may even hand it in over social media or in the form of a video. Interviews usually take place online and include an open discussion as well as a short presentation of both sides.

In my company, I get to experience a wide variety of topics. So far, I have experienced the department that focuses on core infrastructure and so works with mainframes, linux, virtualization, and system management. After that, I learned about Unified Communications, which include VoIP, video systems, emails, and mobile device management. |
