## Aufgabe 3:
The company iBot-SR was founded in Berlin in the year 2006 and offers software and cloud systems for everybody according to their own website, but mostly for those in the manufacturing industry that utilize robots.
## Aufgabe 5:

3. Quality control = Qualitätssicherung
4. Purchasing = Einkauf

## Aufgabe 2:

## Aufgabe 3:
1. Diversity is important to EinschaltTech, as a lot of their trainee's are from different parts of the world, such as India, Brasil, and the UK. Additionally, they offer a wide range of diverse jobs.
2. During open days visitors are granted insight into the various teams and departments of the company. They get to learn about key values, philosophy, as well as the products and services. Finally, visitors are invited to witness the usage of the state-of-the-art equipment of the company, explore the facilities, and even try their hand at a realistic project using company tools and devices.
3. New employees are trained not only in technical knowledge, but also social skills. They partake in seminars, study under a mentor, and generally experience a healthy balance between theory and practice.
4. Employees of EinschaltTech benefit from competetive salaries, flexible work hours, and they get a bonus for their travel expanses.

EinschaltTech is expanding and in search of new trainees from all over the world and is offering to train them in various professions, as well as offering various company benefits.
### Einschalten: Tage der offenen Tür
EinschaltTech wants potential recruits to feel great about working for the company, so they are offering open days where visitors can get a feel for how the company operates, and what working for it might entail.
### Angebot, Möglichkeiten und Vorteile:
EinschaltTech is offering training in various professions and disciplines. Recruits are trained in a wide variety of social and technical knowledge in order to excel at their jobs; to entice them, the company offers various benefits.
### Anwerbung:
To apply for a job at EinschaltTech, you have to send in your application via email, or in rare cases, you may even hand it in over social media or in the form of a video. Interviews usually take place online and include an open discussion as well as a short presentation of both sides.
## Aufgabe 5:
In my company, I get to experience a wide variety of topics. So far, I have experienced the department that focuses on core infrastructure and so works with mainframes, linux, virtualization, and system management. After that, I learned about Unified Communications, which include VoIP, video systems, emails, and mobile device management.
