Subject: Complaint Regarding Incorrect and Damaged Delivery

This delivery was our first order with your company, and unfortunately several issues occurred which compel us to file a formal complaint.
|
||||
|
||||
Upon inspection of the shipment, we identified the following problems:
|
||||
• 100 units of the Monsterbox model arrived damaged.
|
||||
• 65 units of the Tranquility model were missing from the delivery.
|
||||
• Instead of the missing Tranquility cases, 65 units of the Vista model were delivered by mistake.
|
||||
|
||||
We kindly request that the damaged Monsterbox units be collected by your forwarder and that you provide either replacement units or a refund for these items.
|
||||
|
||||
Furthermore, the incorrect Vista units must be collected and replaced immediately with the correct Tranquility model. We urgently require these cases because they are scheduled to be installed in our customer center, which is set to open on the 12th of December 2025.
|
||||
|
||||
We grant a three week period for remedy. Should the issues not be fully resolved within this time frame, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and refrain from placing any further orders with your company.
|
||||
